Heartfelt thanks go to Dr Evans and all the team at the Grange Surgery, Queenscourt at Home Carers, Mears Home Carers, Community Care Direct, District Nurses, Palliative Nurses, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists for caring so well for Anne. Thank you to Father Gaine for his support and lovely funeral tribute. Finally a big thank you to Carl and Nicky Howard at Howard’s Funeral Directors for the wonderful, dignified funeral arrangements.
